Thank you for shopping at Havenly. We are dedicated to delivering your items to you as quickly and securely as possible.

Because we operate on a direct-to-consumer model, your items are shipped directly from our global fulfillment partners and specialized manufacturers. This allows us to cut out traditional retail markups and pass the savings entirely on to you!

โฐ 1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive another notification email with your tracking number when your order has officially shipped.

Note: Processing time is separate from shipping time. Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time.

We offer Standard Shipping Fee.

Estimated delivery times vary based on your location:

Destination Estimated Delivery Time
United States & Canada 7 to 15 business days
United Kingdom & Europe 7 to 14 business days
Malaysia 10 to 15 business days
Rest of the World 12 to 20 business days

Please note that these timelines are estimates given in good faith. Delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing, global logistics disruptions, or postal peak seasons (like the holidays).

Once your package is shipped, a tracking link will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout.

  • Please allow 3 to 5 business days for the carrier's system to update and display tracking data after you receive the link.

  • If you ordered multiple different items, they may occasionally arrive in separate packages from different fulfillment centers.

๐ŸŒ 4. International Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Havenly is not responsible for any customs duties, tariffs, or import taxes applied to your order by your countryโ€™s government. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.

(If you are shipping to the EU/UK: Prices displayed on our store are inclusive of applicable VAT where required by local digital distance-selling laws).

โŒ 5. Incorrect Address Corrections

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Because we process orders rapidly, we cannot guarantee address changes can be made after 12 hours from the time the order was placed.

We are not responsible for packages that are misdelivered or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

โš ๏ธ 6. Damages and Lost Packages

If you receive your order and it is physically damaged, defective, or broken, please take a photo of the item and contact us immediately at saroyahub801@gmail.com. We will evaluate the damage and arrange for a free replacement to be sent out right away.

If your tracking status shows your package was "Delivered" but you have not received it, please check with your local post office or neighbors before contacting us.
