🚚 Shipping & Delivery

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Because we ship directly from our global fulfillment partners to offer you the best possible prices, shipping times vary. Generally, orders take 7 to 15 business days to arrive after they have been processed.

How long does processing take?

Order processing typically takes 1 to 3 business days before shipment. You will receive a notification email with your tracking number as soon as your package is on its way.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! We offer worldwide shipping to most countries. If we cannot ship to your location for any reason, we will contact you immediately and issue a full refund.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, if you order multiple different items, they may sometimes be shipped from different fulfillment centers and arrive in separate packages. Don't worry—you won’t be charged extra for this!

📦 Orders & Tracking

How do I track my package?

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking link. Please note that it can take 3 to 5 business days for the tracking system to update and show information after the email is sent.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders as quickly as possible to ensure fast delivery. If you need to change or cancel your order, please email us within 12 hours of placing it. Once an order has entered the fulfillment process or has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

I entered the wrong shipping address, what should I do?

Please contact us immediately at our support email with your correct address. If the item has already shipped, we unfortunately cannot change it, and we are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address.

Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. Our store is built on the Shopify platform, and all transactions are encrypted using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. Your credit card details are never stored on our servers.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

How do I start a return?

To start a return, contact us at saroyahub801@gmail.com. Please do not send items back to the address on the package; we will provide you with the correct return instructions and warehouse address.

What happens if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please inspect your order upon reception. If an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately with a photo of the product. We will evaluate the issue and make it right by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
