At Havenly, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to help. We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be in the same condition that you received it (unworn, unused, and unwashed).

  • It must have all original tags attached.

  • It must be in its original packaging.

  • You will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email).

Non-Returnable Items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), personal care goods (such as beauty products), and items purchased on sale or via gift cards.

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your Order Number and the reason for the return.

  3. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

โš ๏ธ Important Note: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or the address listed on the shipping label. We utilize global fulfillment partners, and items sent back to the shipping warehouse cannot be processed or refunded. We will provide you with a specific return address.

Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us at saroyahub801@gmail.comย within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number.

  • A clear photograph or short video showing the damage or the incorrect item.

Once verified, we will happily ship out a brand-new replacement completely free of charge or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email to let you know if the refund was approved.

  • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed automatically, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment (credit card, PayPal, etc.).

  • Timeline: Please remember it can take 5 to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
